About working with us
Are you an agency, a freelancer, or a tool?
An agency — small and senior, not a freelancer working solo and not a SaaS product despite the name. We're based in Quedlinburg with a real registered address.
Do you only work with businesses in Saxony-Anhalt?
No — we're based there and it's a genuine strength for local work, but we also work with DACH and international clients through the English side of the site.
What industries do you work with?
Mostly German Mittelstand businesses — Handwerk, regional retail, B2B manufacturing and services, healthcare and professional-services practices, and tourism/hospitality tied to the Harz — plus international businesses entering the DACH market.
Can I speak to someone before I buy?
Yes — use the "Talk to us first" link on any service page, or the contact form. You don't need to buy anything to ask a question first.

Why do you publish your prices?
Because we think you should be able to compare us before you ever call — see About for the full reasoning.
Are you the cheapest option?
No, and we're not trying to be — see the honest framing on Pricing.
Do the prices include VAT?
No — all prices are net, excl. 19% VAT. VAT is added at checkout; a valid EU VAT ID may qualify you for the reverse-charge mechanism.
What's the minimum commitment on monthly packages?
3 or 6 months depending on the package — stated on every package card, never hidden in small print.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the stated minimum term, with notice — full terms on Refund & Cancellation.

How do you report progress?
Every package includes monthly (or, for one-off audits, final) written reporting in plain language — what was done, what changed, what's next.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No — and we explain exactly why on every service page. We commit to the method and the deliverables, never to a position on a results page we don't control.
What if I don't like the plan you propose?
The Chart phase is a conversation, not a take-it-or-leave-it document — we walk through the roadmap with you and adjust based on what actually matters to your business.

Which CMS/platforms do you work with?
Most common ones — we implement directly where we can, and hand your developer a precise list where we can't.
What access do you actually need?
Depends on the service — see the "Timeline & what we need from you" section on each service page. In general: view access to Search Console/Analytics, and either implementation access or a developer contact.
Do you work on Shopify/WooCommerce/other e-commerce platforms?
Yes — Content & On-Page SEO and Technical SEO both apply directly to online shops; get in touch with the specifics of your platform if you're unsure.
What's the difference between classic SEO and AI Search/GEO?
