How we work
The Calibration Method.
Four phases. Same shape on every project we run, whichever of the seven services you buy — only the substance changes.
Calibrate
“We measure where you actually stand before we tell you what to do.”
Baseline measurement — a technical, content and competitive audit that establishes the true starting point before anything is recommended. This is where guesswork gets replaced with an actual read of your site: what search engines and AI crawlers currently see, what your competitors are doing that you're not, and where the real gaps sit. Nothing gets prioritized until this phase is done.
Chart
“A plan ordered by what moves the needle first.”
Turning the baseline into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap — what to fix first, by impact, not by what's easiest to sell. Every recommendation in the plan traces back to something we actually measured in Calibrate, not a generic best-practice checklist.
Build
“The work itself, scoped and priced upfront.”
Execution — technical fixes, content, links, GEO work, done to the scoped package you bought. Every deliverable is the one named in your package's inclusion list; nothing vague, nothing added later as a surprise line item.
Track
“We keep watching the gauge after the work is done.”
Ongoing measurement and reporting — did it move, what changed, what's next. For one-off projects, this is a final report and a follow-up conversation. For retainers, this is the whole point: a monthly return to Calibrate, so the plan never runs on stale assumptions.
What we need from you
- · Access to relevant accounts (Google Search Console, Analytics, Google Business Profile, CMS) — view access at minimum, edit access speeds things up
- · A list of your closest competitors, if you have a view on who they are (we identify them independently either way)
- · Existing brand or style guidelines, if any exist
- · A single named point of contact for sign-off — one person who can say yes, not a committee
Timeline expectations
One-off audits: 5–15 working days depending on tier. Technical and GEO sprints: 10 working days. Local, Content, Link Building and Ongoing Management packages: a monthly cycle, with first visible activity typically within 2–8 weeks depending on the service (exact figures on each service page). Every package states its own turnaround before you buy it — nothing is left to "we'll let you know."
