What's the minimum term?
Grow and Scale both have a 6-month minimum term. After that, the package continues month to month until cancelled with notice — no indefinite hidden lock-in.
Can we start here without doing an audit first?
Yes — the Calibrate phase at the start of any retainer establishes the baseline itself. An upfront audit is useful if you want that picture before committing budget, but it isn't required.
What if our needs are bigger than Scale?
That's the Partner tier — scoped individually for multi-site or multi-market accounts. Get in touch and we'll put a proposal together.
